Job Summary
A major industrial project in Al Jubail is currently seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor for immediate deployment. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in oil & gas or petrochemical projects, especially those with prior experience on SABIC-related work sites.
The selected candidate will oversee scaffolding operations, ensuring all site activities meet safety regulations and project standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise scaffolding erection, dismantling, and modification activities
- Ensure all scaffolding work complies with safety standards and site rules
- Inspect scaffolding structures before use to confirm safety and stability
- Lead and manage scaffolding teams on-site
- Coordinate with engineers, safety officers, and project supervisors
- Maintain daily reports and inspection records
- Ensure timely completion of work without compromising safety
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor
- Mandatory experience in SABIC EPM projects
- Valid Chamber certification
- AJEER documentation is required
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems and safety procedures
- Experience in oil & gas, EPC, or petrochemical projects preferred
- Ability to manage teams and handle site pressure effectively

- Experience certificates (SABIC or similar projects)
