Position Overview
A leading construction team in Dubai is looking to hire skilled QA/QC Inspectors for ongoing villa development projects. This role is suitable for professionals with solid experience in quality assurance and site inspections within UAE or GCC projects.
You will be responsible for maintaining construction quality standards and ensuring that all site activities meet approved specifications and regulatory requirements.
Key Role Functions
- Conduct routine inspections on construction sites
- Ensure work execution follows approved drawings and technical specifications
- Monitor construction materials and workmanship quality
- Prepare QA/QC reports, inspection records, and documentation
- Identify non-compliance issues and follow up on corrective actions
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site supervisors
- Support internal and external quality audits
- Maintain proper records for all inspection activities
Required Background
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC inspection (construction field)
- Hands-on experience in villa or residential projects in UAE/GCC
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Understanding of QA/QC standards and construction practices
- Ability to read technical drawings and inspection documents
- Strong coordination and communication skills
