Project Tasks & System Responsibilities
- Install and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems
- Configure network services including TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, routing, and switching
- Handle structured cabling work such as Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber optic systems
- Install CCTV solutions including IP cameras, NVR, DVR, and remote monitoring
- Manage access control systems with biometric devices and card readers
- Troubleshoot network and security system faults efficiently
- Support testing, commissioning, and final handover processes
- Visit project sites for surveys and technical assessments
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth delivery
Required Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or ELV roles
- Good understanding of networking and surveillance systems
- Experience in structured cabling standards
- Knowledge of access control technologies
- Hands-on experience with Hikvision, Dahua, Cisco, or Ubiquiti is beneficial
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
