A project-based company in Saudi Arabia is hiring a Painting and Coating QC Inspector for immediate deployment. Inspection Scope & Daily Duties
- Inspect surface preparation before painting and coating work begins
- Check dry film thickness (DFT) and coating application quality
- Ensure activities follow Aramco standards and client specifications
- Review ITPs, quality procedures, and method statements
- Prepare accurate inspection reports and documentation
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and client representatives
- Monitor adherence to HSE and QA/QC procedures
- Identify non-conformance issues and recommend corrective actions
Technical Eligibility & Certifications
- Aramco approved Coating QC Inspector status required
- Valid CBT certification
- Experience in oil and gas, refinery, or petrochemical projects
- Knowledge of NACE, SSPC, ASTM, and ISO standards
- Ability to read drawings and technical specifications
- Strong reporting and communication skills
