Position Summary
A growing flower shop in Al Ain is looking for a talented and passionate florist. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with flowers, creating beautiful designs, and delivering great customer experiences.
You will play an important role in preparing floral arrangements, handling customer orders, and maintaining the overall presentation of the shop.
Main Duties
- Design and arrange bouquets, flower boxes, and customized floral pieces
- Prepare decorations for events such as weddings, birthdays, and celebrations
- Assist customers in selecting flowers based on occasion and budget
- Handle daily orders from walk-in customers and online requests
- Ensure flowers are properly stored and maintained for freshness
- Coordinate with delivery team to manage timely dispatch
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and visually attractive
- Monitor stock levels and report when new supplies are needed
Eligibility Criteria
- Previous experience in a flower shop or similar role
- Creative mindset with attention to design details
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to manage work during busy hours
- Basic understanding of flower care and arrangement techniques
- Flexible schedule including weekends or peak seasons
