- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, safety, or relevant discipline
- Valid NEBOSH certification required
- Certified ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Auditor preferred
- Strong consultancy background in project safety systems
- Excellent understanding of legal compliance and environmental practices
- Membership of IOSH or similar body is an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills
